We’re hiring a complete team of field-based sales and sales leadership professionals in several waves throughout the remainder of 2018 and into 2019 to fully develop the US market. The position title and compensation structure are flexible based largely on the applicant’s years of experience as well as their industry and account relationships. Field Engineering Specialist

With over a decade of experience partnering with this client, our team of recruiting professionals has a complete understanding of the role as well as intangibles such as: corporate culture, business unit differentiation, direct supervisor/manager personality and leadership style, and lastly, the service/support team's composition and unique dynamic. This non-exempt technical service engineering role offers a very competitive hourly rate with additional overtime compensation ranging from 10-20% additional income on an annual basis. Overtime is not required but is available, as desired, up to ~25%.
